The IMX511 is a 25.69-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 5215 × 4927 pixel array with a 1.12 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 8.035 mm diagonal with a 5215:4927 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 1.12 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
