The CIS115 (Sirius) is a 3.01-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Teledyne e2v. It delivers a 1504 × 2000 pixel array with a 7 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 17.517 mm diagonal with a 94:125 aspect ratio, corresponding to the 1-inch optical class used in industrial and broadcast cameras. With 7 µm pixels, the sensor features mid-range pixel pitch balancing sensitivity and resolution for industrial inspection and machine vision.
