The LUPA-300 is a 0.31-megapixel M/C image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Cypress). It delivers a 640 × 480 pixel array with a 9.9 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.92 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 9.9 µm pixels, the sensor features mid-range pixel pitch balancing sensitivity and resolution for industrial inspection and machine vision.
