The MT9J003 is a 10.66-megapixel M/C image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 3856 × 2764 pixel array with a 1.67 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.923 mm diagonal with a 964:691 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.67 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
