The RAA462113FYL is a 8.49-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Renesas. It delivers a 3872 × 2192 pixel array with a 1.85 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 8.231 mm diagonal with a 242:137 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras.
