The ISOCELL 2T8 is a 20.13-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 5976 × 3368 pixel array with a 1.1 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.546 mm diagonal with a 747:421 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.1 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
