The ISOCELL GW1 is a 64.44-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 9280 × 6944 pixel array with a 0.8 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.272 mm diagonal with a 290:217 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 0.8 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
