The ISOCELL HM2 is a 108.00-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 12000 × 9000 pixel array with a 0.7 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 10.5 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 0.7 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
