The IMX144 is a 12.40-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 4072 × 3046 pixel array with a 1.85 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.408 mm diagonal with a 2036:1523 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 1.85 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
