The IMX194 is a 20.68-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 5256 × 3934 pixel array with a 1.43 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 9.388 mm diagonal with a 2628:1967 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 1.43 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
