The IMX464 (Starvis 1.Gen) is a 4.09-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 2688 × 1520 pixel array with a 2.9 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 8.955 mm diagonal with a 168:95 aspect ratio, typical of the 1/2-inch optical class used in compact industrial cameras. With 2.9 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
