The IMX700 is a 50.33-megapixel RCCB image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 8192 × 6144 pixel array with a 1.22 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 12.493 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, matching the 2/3-inch optical format common in professional machine vision cameras. With 1.22 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
