The ISOCELL 2L1 is a 12.08-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 4016 × 3008 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.025 mm diagonal with a 251:188 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
