The ISOCELL 2M8 is a 13.13-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Samsung Semiconductors. It delivers a 4208 × 3120 pixel array with a 1.34 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.02 mm diagonal with a 263:195 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.34 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
