The IMX677 is a 23.91-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by Sony. It delivers a 5663 × 4223 pixel array with a 1.12 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.912 mm diagonal with a 5663:4223 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.12 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
