The OV12890 PureCel Plus-SHDR is a 12.58-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by OmniVision Technologies. It delivers a 4096 × 3072 pixel array with a 1.55 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.936 mm diagonal with a 0.16875 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.55 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
