The MT9F001 is a 15.15-megapixel CMOS image sensor manufactured by On Semi (Micron, Aptina). It delivers a 4608 × 3288 pixel array with a 1.4 µm pixel pitch, providing efficient photon collection at each photosite. The optical format spans a 7.925 mm diagonal with a 192:137 aspect ratio, characteristic of 1/3-inch sensors widely used in embedded and surveillance systems. With 1.4 µm pixels, the sensor features very fine pixel pitch targeting maximum spatial resolution in microscopy and metrology systems.
